Quality and certifications

Every process at Mulino Padano is aimed at ensuring the constant quality of our professional flours and total food safety. This goal is achieved thanks to the technological equipment of our latest generation plant and the meticulous and constant quality controls of our laboratory.

This resulted in the achievement of UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification of the business activity.

We also obtained a number of additional certifications, including UNI 10854:1999 HACCP-Codex Alimentarius, UNI EN ISO 22005:2008, IFS version 6, BRC and Kosher.

The plant is equipped for grinding – both with traditional milling and stone-milling – wheat from organic farming, with the permission of ICEA Institute.
