Based on the totally natural use of steam, it is aimed at preserving the nutritional benefits of each of the grain’s components whilst enhancing its organoleptic characteristics.

The StabilEasy method – Natural Steam Stabilization improves the quality of products by giving wheat fibres the following advantages:


1. Extended shelf life

The StabilEasy method stops the enzymatic activity responsible for the oxidation of lipids, allowing valuable grain components such as wheat germ, which do not usually last for long, to be used in long-life products as the steam stabilization process naturally extends their shelf life.

2. Increased health value

The StabilEasy method improves the health value of the product by breaking down the bacteria on the outermost layers of the wheat caryopsis.

3. A more intense aroma

Without having their nutritional content affected, ingredients treated naturally with the StabilEasy method acquire a unique and pleasant taste and a pronounced aroma. Ingredients with a high fibre content, usually characterized by a bitter flavour, become sweeter and tastier and also have a distinctive smell.

StabilEasy – Natural Steam Stabilization is a completely natural method based on the natural use of steam without additives.

This means that the nutritional properties are not altered and the fact that the grain is not cleaned by immersion in water, preserves its precious nutrients in the best way possible.

The StabilEasy method’s technology is nature’s ally because it makes it possible to appreciate certain components of the wheat grain that were unavailable to us before.

For example, wheat germ contains lipids that make it nourishing but give it an extremely short shelf life. By using the StabilEasy method this problem is resolved; the nutritional value is preserved whilst the product acquires a longer shelf life.
